• Group Transfer to Pattaya via private charter coach.
• Check-in at Pullman G Pattaya Hotel.
• Welcome Cocktail (Evening).

14 October 2026 (Wednesday)

• Full-day Conference & Workshops.

15 October 2026 (Thursday)

• Team-Building Day (Offsite Activities).

16 October 2026 (Friday)

• Full-day Conference & Workshops.
• Gala Dinner (Smart dress evening event).

17 October 2026 (Saturday)

• Check-out & Departure / Optional Stay Extension.

Important Travel Notes:

1. Arrival Logistics: We are staging a one-night arrival in Bangkok for the convenience of the group. Delegates will assemble at Pullman G Bangkok Hotel on 12 October.
2. Group Transfer: A private charter coach will transport the group from Bangkok to Pattaya on 13 October. Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis via the registration form.
3. Travel Responsibility: Delegates who are unable to secure a seat on the group coach will be responsible for arranging their own transfer to Pattaya. We strongly advise registering early to guarantee your seat.
