OSF LOGISTICS & ISS GLOBAL FORWARDING MERGER
As of 16/07/2019 OSF Logistics forwarding division has been merged with Integrated Service Solutions (ISS) Global Forwarding Inc.
OSF will continue all forwarding activities under the title of Integrated Service Solutions (ISS) Global Forwarding Inc. and OSF Logistics team will remain/continue in this new structure.
Domestic trucking & Warehousing division will continue their activities under OSF Logistics title as usual.
Integrated Service Solutions (ISS) Global Forwarding Inc. is a subsidiary of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD) with its own offices in 32 countries around the world. OSF Management will be also Shareholder/Board member of Integrated Service Solutions (ISS) Global Forwarding Inc.
