Vietnam Entry Visa
Most visitors to Vietnam need entry visa to visit the country. There countries that are exempted from visa hence it is best for you to check with the local Vietnam embassy / consulate of your statues.
Tip: tourist visa may be only valid for 15 to 30 days, please pay attention to the valid date when you apply for your visa. Do contact us if you need any assistance or supporting documents on your visa application.
Airport Transportation
Upon arrival Ho Chi Minh airport (SGN), you can grab a taxi / private transfer from airport to the hotel. The cost is from VND300,000 (about USD10). Alternatively PULLMAN SAIGON PLAZA does offer private transfer. Their rates are as follow:
4-seater Mercedes E Class VND 1,200,000++
7- seater Huyndai Starex VND 1,000,000++
This service must be pre-book with at least 72 hours before flight arrival.
Conference:
ONE 2 ONE MEETING
There will be One2One session during the AGM. The state of art scheduler will be launch for our members and guests to fix appointment for this workshop. User name and password will be released to you before the site goes live on March 11, 2019. If you fail to receive your username and password by March 11, 2019, you must immediately contact undersigned. The scheduler will be closed for appointment fixing on March 20, 2019 at 1800hr Saigon time. For your own convenient, please print or store in your smartphone the appointment in preparation for this workshop.

For those who will wish to make presentation during the conference, please send me your material on or before March 20, 2019.

Vietnam Weather:
Basically, the whole country falls into the tropic and subtropics but the length and diverse topography allow it to span several different climate zones. The weather thus, tends to vary considerably from season to season and also from region to region. Ho Chi Minh city (Saigon) is located in the South part of Vietnam, is typical of humid enjoys rather equitable tropical climate with high humidity all year round. It has been known that December to March is said to be the most pleasant time to hit this region’s center.
