ANNOUNCEMENT
It is our pleasure to welcome Mr. Ali Zaid to be part of the committee responsible to the region of Middle East. Ali is not new to us and have had been very actively participating in Group activities. He is the Sales Manager of Arab Combined Shipping Service in Dubai. Below is the profile of Mr. Ali Zaid:
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor Degree in marketing & Business administration from Birzeit university in Palestine 1999-2002
- Master in Business administration (M.B.A)/Specializing in Marketing from Sky Line College in UAE. 2012-2014
- Attended many trainings and seminars in Human resources management and leadership skills.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Worked as sales coordinator in P.O.L (Leader internet provider in Palestine). 2002-2004
- Working as sales manager in Arab Combined shipping services LLC /Dubai )since Dec. 2004

The Group has had just revamp her webpage. Members and guests are welcome to log into the new home page at www.lfsgroup.org or www.lfsglobalogistics.com.
2 months back, members have had received their email address & password together with email configuration. You may log in the website using this email address as the user name and the password for this email address as the password to log into the website.
This is an informative and interactive website. Members and guests are able to find following function:

23rd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
This event is to be held from 22 to 25 May 2014 at Qingdao; China.
Members and guests can travel to Qingdao via following airport if there is no direct flight available:
- Seoul
- Beijing
- Shanghai
- Shenzhen
- Xiamen
- Hong Kong
For those who require Chinese Entry Visa, please write to group-secretary@lfsgroup.org after sending your passport copy & necessary information to make out this invitation letter. If hotel confirmation is required, please do inform Group Secretary.

The Westin Qingdao is a brand new Hotel where they are due to open for business in March 2014.

At time of writing, we are completing the attendant list and shall circulate to all members and guest allowing each delegate to prepare for this year conference. This would be available on or about 15 April 2014.
