This year AGM in Beijing completed with success. This being the 25th year of our conference and at this point there isn’t any group that celebrate 25th Conference Anniversary.
The event started with the usual social welcome dinner but what follow thereafter was really amazing. Particularly the One2One where we no longer do it at own pace. It was done in such a professional manner that the sitting were changed and members / guest who must pre-book their respective interested partner to discuss within the 15 min time frame People have had to move around from table to table which were number as per their appointment list. It was really a serious business meeting and everyone conform to the time being allocated. It means everyone has the chance to meet the appointment made.
Another reason for this success is that we have now utilize the application on our own smart phone to share information. Most if not all uses WeChat and WhatsApp hence LFS arrange a group chat room in these two application. In this application we share our time together informing what we are doing, where is our location but most importantly we could share business information. For the Group event we were able to share pictures instantly amongst members & guest who took them whilst in the conference / R&R / Gala Dinner.
