This year Annual General Meeting will co-inside with the celebration of our member in Thailand 25th Anniversary. EAGLES AIR & SEA (THAILAND) LTD will host a Gala Dinner on 9 May at a hotel along the Chao Phraya River.

- Inclusive of broadband internet access in the room. WIFI access is also available in selected public areas of the hotel
- Inclusive of service charge and prevailing government taxes (currently 17.7%)

You MUST specify the type of room you wish to reserve. If no indication is made, a normal Deluxe Room will be book and changes are subject to availability at time of check in.
This specially negotiated room rates for the Group are good for extended stay 3 days before and after the event. This means that you can avail this tariff from 3rd May and depart latest 13th May
AIRPORT TRANSFER
The hotel is located about 35 minutes away from the International airport. The hotel provides one-way transportation at the appended rate:
- Mercedes Benz S Class at THB2,900 net per car one way (max 2 persons)
- Mercedes Benz Vito Van at THB3,500 net per van one way (max 4 persons)
The Group is pleased to provide complimentary transfer on first come first serve for those who register with flight details on or before 18 March 2015. Complimentary transfer will be group in 6 passengers per vehicle per below schedule from International airport to hotel:

Sponsorship can be made in the amount of USD500&USD1,000. You may indicate this in your registration form to the Group Secretary and also send a High Definition Logo for artwork.
