The 23rd Annual General Meeting recently held in Qingdao ended very well. The Group wishes to express sincere appreciation to all delegates making this effort travelling to North Eastern China – Shandong Province for this yearly conference. This is the first time the Group host the meeting in that region. Special thanks also to the host; KUKBO EXPRESS CO., LTD for the assistance rendered through-out our stay.

We welcome those who are first time participating in our conference. We hope all of you enjoy and benefit from this meeting. As requested, more time being schedule for One2One session and it seems everyone maximize this period of time to cultivate business & enhance development. As usual, every year we set aside a day outing and this year we visited a must see LuoShan & Tsingtao Brewery. We ended dinner at a branch of a Beijing Duck restaurant having a feast of the signature dish and obviously others. We heard from several comment that everyone was pleased with the venue / hotel chosen. We are glad you enjoy the room and what The Westin Qingdao could provide. At the time of our stay, the hotel was only 3 months old. Facilities were new and service was top notch.

The Group home page was revamp and as discussed during last year conference, it is now an integrative and informative website. Not only will public will be able to see what we can do, members with the email allocated for each station being the user name with the same password where members will be able to log in to see other members online. There will be public area for each member to write what they have to say whilst there will be a private chat room where member can invite other members to meet in their privacy. We have demonstrated how this is to be done during the conference and we encourage members to log in each day when they are able to excess computer or perhaps you may designate someone in your office to do so where communication flow amongst us.

Whilst the Executive Committee will due to meet in next 6 months to review what we have done for this AGM and coming months, members are invited to write to HQ or your nearest VP to provide your view or matters for the committee to discuss when we get to meet in Dubai on 30 November. One of the goals for the committee to meet in Dubai is to increase our presence in Middle East and Mediterranean.
