You may charge this to your room and pay when you check out.
Please note that the Group managed to negotiate 50% discount on Lexus ES300H hence the rate will be RMB240 or about US$40 per trip but reservation will be subject to first come first serve. In this aspect, please send your request for airport pick up providing the following to Group Secretary:

Participant List
We have sent the participant list by email. In case your email format does not support you to read clearly, we have attached an excel file for your easy usage. You may start to communicate with fellow members / guests prior to the conference so that you may fix your time to meet during One2One session. It would be easier if you will to let Group Secretary know of your bi-lateral arrangement so that she can keep this in record.
As our Group is not extensively large, this One2One session can be arrange on that day itself which means you will get to meet your partner face to face across the table. Detail and explanation will be made to you on that day.

Presentation during AGM
Only members / guests who register with Group Secretary with material in submit on or before 15 May will be slot in for presentation. We will try to accommodate last minute request but subject to allocation and time slot available. To avoid disappointment, please inform with all materials to Amy at group-secretary@lfsgroup.org.
T-shirt sizes
T-shirt size being made to order with below measurement in cm Each participant will be given 2 pieces and to ensure you have the right size, please inform Group Secretary on or before 15 May your prefer size t-shirt so that she can prepare it to be distributed on 22 May during Welcome Dinner.
You will be required to wear them on 24 May & 25 May.
